What is professional staging?
Professional staging is the process of preparing a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money.
How much does it cost?
The cost of staging varies depending on the size of the home, the number of rooms to be staged, and whether the home is vacant or occupied. We offer a free consultation to assess your home and provide a customized quote.
The housing market is hot, why do I need to stage?
Even if your house sells quickly in a good market, it doesn't mean it sold for the amount it would have sold for had it been professionally staged.
Why can't I just stage my own home?
Home sellers are usually incapable of successfully staging their own home. Because our homes are like our children, we don't always see all of its flaws. We've gotten used to the way it looks and in fact it is difficult emotionally to change it.
